The Shikimori's Not Just a Cutie ( () (わい) いだけじゃない (しき) (もり) さん Kawaii dake ja Nai Shikimori-san?) anime was announced on January 1, 2021, and will be animated by studio Doga Kobo. It's set to premiere on April 9, 2022, on ABC and TV Asahi's ANiMAZiNG!!! programming block.[1]
